The focus at our quiz is on fun. With this, you can expect a range of rounds and questions - some very interactive - that should ensure close scoring and afford every team team a good chance of winning.
This is not a hard quiz just for seasoned intellectuals!
-
Food is not provided by The Friends. In prevoius years, people have either eaten beforehand or brought along their own food to consume in the hall, at your team’s table. This can range from a hot pizza to some snacks.
-
The Friends will provide a fully stocked, reasonably priced bar to include both good quality alcoholic drink and soft drink options.
Alcoholic drinks include: red wine (bottle), white wine (bottle), prosecco (bottle), lager (can), craft ale (can) + gin and tonic / rum and coke (cans).
Soft drinks include: bottled water, fizzy drinks (cans).
-
This happens all the time and so we have a matchmaking service to join together smaller groups looking for some more brain power!
There is a specific question about this on the form when purchasing your tickets - please use this to indicate you are looking to join another team.
-
We’d appreciate any help we can get to prepare the hall in advance of the quiz and/or tidying everything away at the end.
You can indicate an offer of help on when booking your tickets - thank you!
